100 Good Reasons to Work at AIM
AIM's team members recount their personal experiences
Christoph, Software Development, at AIM since August 2001:
One of the things I enjoy and I am most impressed with at AIM Software
is the pool of technical expertise within the company. Technical
discussions are very commonplace. It has also been my
experience that just about any technical question can be answered by
someone within AIM Software.
I also find that the people in general are friendly and approachable. The combination of technical, approachable people make for a very comfortable and enjoyable working environment. The company has really grown in the last few years and I am confident that AIM Software is heading in the right direction.
Markus, Account Manager, at AIM since June 2004:
What I enjoy greatly at AIM is the highly dynamic and innovative
atmosphere that we're working in every day. From the very first days at the
company, one plays a vital role for AIM connected with huge responsibility.
After graduating in Economics, I worked in the field of Finance for several years, and almost always in conjunction with IT. However, so far I've yet to find so many demanding and complex challenges as I have at AIM. It's a challenging and continuous process that makes every day different.
Quality matters at AIM - and what appeals to me even more, is the uncommon amount of entrepreneurship that I found in this young, but nevertheless highly experienced team. Last, but not least, AIM colleagues - who come from 12 different countries, thus creating a productive multicultural atmosphere - are extraordinarily open, friendly and helpful, so it's a pleasure to work with them.
Frank, System Engineer, at AIM since November 2002:
My
name is Frank, Canadian dude now residing in Vienna, Austria.
Yes, as you may possibly understand, I am currently employed at AIM
Software, and as System Engineer, AIM have me thrive through many
different kinds of tasks which a booming, ever growing company like
this has to offer. Different facets are of the utmost importance,
and as an employee, I could state the most important, this would be
spirit.
The personal dimension of the company is felt not only through the working hours with personal contacts and chats, but is also littered with cosy periodic after-hours, where we enjoy life to the max out here in Vienna - through different occasions organized (or not) by the company.
It is a word up!
