About the Company

The development of our software programs is done mainly by experienced software engineers. The AIM Software team comprises assistants and graduates of economic science and data engineering who can all draw on profound experience in their specialized areas.

Supported by our continuous growth we are looking for additional staff to aid the development of our products. Existing employees are trained in consulting as well as CRM since a comprehensive knowledge  is decisive for maintaining the high quality of our products.

To cover our high staff demand we also rely on our internal traineeship programs which grant access to an extensive pool of highly qualified domestic and international graduates and students. Thereby our employees also receive new input from highly trained people from all over the world which provides a   basis for our permanent development.
