Our view of successful teamwork at AIM

Our biggest potential is the know-how and the experience of our employees. AIM is based on team units, out of which specific groups of experts can be formed according to requirements. By this we can respond on time to the requirements of our clients. The organization is held as slim as possible in order to guarantee direct communication wherever possible.

New definition of the superior
The traditional definition of a superior at AIM is replaced by a definition of superior as a coach and problem solver who will support his team mates wherever necessary, enabling each individual to sustain constant self development.

Working at AIM Software
Each employee will learn about the whole value chain. AIM expects active employees who are not doing something simply because a superior demanded it, but because they personally identified it as a prerequisite to achieve common goals.

All AIM employees know that to ensure success it is necessary to develop a product in a customer-oriented way and as quickly as possible.

The colleague as a customer
AIM’s "customers" are not only the people who place orders, but also the suppliers, financial services providers as well as our employees. All "customers" of AIM have the right and the duty to question existing structures and to propose improvements.
