Office Assistant / Accounting (20-25 hrs)
Your responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks
- Accounting
- Office tasks
Your responsibilities in detail:
- Arrangement of business trips (flight & hotel bookings)
- Support for Accounting e.g.: Preparing documents for accounting, travel expenses, support for HR
- Correspondence in German and English (oral & written)
- Support for setting up and checking internal processes
- Reception / telephone / archiving
- Maintainance of database (CRM System)
- Updating website
- Cooperation with other departments like Sales, Account Management, Business Development etc.
Your profile:
- Min. HAK degree
- Equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge in accounting
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Very good IT-skills: Word - Excel - PowerPoint - Outlook
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Other foreign languages (especially French) are an asset
