    In June 2012, ABI Informatic was acquired by AIM Software, a leading provider in reference data management solutions.

    ABI Informatic was the producer of AGIO, a widely used software package for managing financial data—implemented in over 25 leading financial institutions in Europe.

    ABI Informatic customers are now serviced and maintained by AIM Software.
