4 eyes workflow
Two persons (4 eyes) check the same content (e.g. calculations of client positions due to new Corporate Actions messages, checks of data entries based on new information provided by a data provider).
This is a traditional business method in banks to guarantee as high a quality as possible. Therefore, this method can also be seen as a traditional and manual method to get a "golden copy". As one can imagine, there are obviously human limitations when checking such things as e.g. price differences of thousands of securities.
