GAIN Financial Data Management Technology
Processing of pricing and static data
GAIN Financial Data Management Technology (GAIN FDMT) is a comprehensive data management and workflow management platform for:
- the standardization of the reference data management of financial instruments
- the control and improvement of data quality
- the development of data interfaces to new and existing systems
- the creation and management of a Security Master File / a Golden Copy
GAIN FDMT is based on a multi-data-feed architecture, which means that all types of providers can be matched not only for pricing information, but also for the whole range of reference and static data. It accesses data feeds (external or internal) and databases, processes messages (formatting, de-formatting, validation, completion) and exports data to applications and databases of the bank. With facilities for security master file management, corporate actions, and exception handling, the FDMT provides much of the daily data management out-of-the-box. The modular approach of the FDMT supports the step-by-step creation of a fully fledged data management platform that synchronizes growing needs in the backoffice area with expenditures.
