NEWS: First findings of the AIM Reference Data Survey 2007

The survey annually assesses the global trends in the reference data industry to see how well the market is prepared for challenges like MiFID or Basel II. The results are available by completing a brief online questionnaire.

Selected findings 2007

- 47% declare that MiFID has a substantial influence on IT investments (Basel II: 60%, Sarbanes-Oxley: 27%)
- 70% aim at reducing errors by automating reference data management
- 24% plan to extend their reference data management facilities within the next two years
